The Company:
My client is a medium sized multi-disciplinary who offer a variety of building and construction services including building surveys, project management and quantity surveying for clients in the construction industry. They are well established and cover the South East of England, operating out of two main offices.

The Role:
Due to retirement and internal promotion, my client is looking for an intermediate or senior client side Quantity Surveyor to work out of their East Cambridge office. This role will offer variety but will predominantly focus around Bills of Quantity for commercial properties and some residential properties.

Essential Skills:
• Chartered as MRICS
• A proven work history with at least 2+ years at most recent employers
• Client side experience as a PQS
• Hold a valid full UK driving license with access to own transport desirable
• It literate
• Fluent in Microsoft Office
• Local to Cambridgeshire (East)
• Experience in Bills of Quantity

Desirable Skills:
• At least 8+ years PQE
• Managerial experience
• Ability to work independently and as a valued team member
• Experience in assisting graduate level surveyors with APC progression
