An exciting position has arisen for a Deputy Manager with a leading specialist fashion retailer who are currently expanding and opening more stores across the UK.

Supporting the Management Team in the smooth operation of the Store and leading the sales floor team to offer exceptional service to a very loyal Customer. This is an opportunity to work for a truly inspirational brand.

To apply for this role, you must have a minimum 18 months Management experience from a High Street fashion Store background.

As a Deputy Manager we are looking for someone with:

– Flair for visual merchandising

– Commercial awareness

– Highly organised management style

– Passion for delivering the ultimate customer experience

– Strong track record in Fashion Retail Management

– Experience in training, coaching and developing a team

– High Store Standards

– Ability to communicate at all levels

You must currently be in one of the following roles: Deputy Manager, Department Manager, Floor Manager or Assistant Manager.
