The Company
Able Bridge Recruitment are proud to be supporting a family run business in the heart of Midlothian in the recruitment of a credit controller on a permanent basis.
The Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to provide the business with real time credit control service. This will involve liaising with customers to ensure products have been received within agreed timelines, the quality of product is of a high standard and ensuring that credit terms are adhered to.
You may be responsible for credit analysis as well as other adhoc projects as and when required.
On a day to day basis you will be contacting customers to talk about orders and when payments will be made. You will be liaising with the sales/despatch teams to ensure client satisfaction prior to requesting/enquiring about payments on account. You will be contacting clients to ensure that expectations have been met and exceeded.
The Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are locally based to the Loanhead/Penicuik areas of Edinburgh (or who can drive there on a daily basis. We also seek experienced business to business credit controllers who are looking to join a supportive and collaborative business who take pride in delivering a high level service.
