Credit Controller

Salary: £44,400 – £50,400 per year

Our Chiswick, London client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join them for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract starting ASAP.

Salary: circa £44,400 – £50,400pro rata depending on experience and qualifications

Benefits: 28 days holiday (inc bank holidays) per annum
pension (after qualifying period)

Days/ Hours of Work: Mon – Fri 830am -5pm (40 hours per week)

Location: Blended working between office and home

Overview
This right will work close with the accounts receivable exec but the main focus for them will be on the collection task of overdue invoices.

Tasks to be Carried Out

* Bank reconciliation of receivables

* Collection (call, email and follow up calls and legal procedure)

* Data reconciliation and reporting

* Billing, monthly schedule and add hoc

* Involved in setting up DD collection in Sage and the bank

Essential Requirements

* Good excel skills ( comfortable with Pivot tables, VLookup etc.)

* Good English verbal and written communication skills to carry out the role effectively and professionally

* Proven experience of Credit Control dealing with all aspects as legally required (at least 3 years plus)

* Good general accounts experience to support

* A great team player

* Excellent attention to detail to record all communications

* Good negotiation skills

Beneficial nice to Have

* Experience of working in Credit Control / Accounts in either a Franchise or Hotel background

* Sage 200 or Sage 50 experience

* Knowledge of DD collections in HSBS or Sage
