My client is looking for an experienced credit control advisor for their busy offices in Manchester. They are looking for someone who can speak to customers to discuss their outstanding invoices and credit accounts.

Role

You will predominately be working within the debt management team, you will be responsible for all the credit control queries from the Inbox, checking this daily and addressing any outstanding issues. You will also be Involved with high volume cash allocation on a daily basis with a strong attention to detail and also assisting with general administration of generating 7-day letters.

Experience

* You will have a proven track record within credit control or an accounts department.

* Have previous experience of credit control and aged debt

* Have previous experience of dealing with inbound calls

* Have excellent customer service skills

* The ability to juggle multi tasks in a volume setting

* A good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
