My client has immediate Drayman Driver Assistant vacancies to help assist with deliveries to pubs, clubs and restaurants around South East and Central London area. This is a multi-drop delivery role for a world famous brewery and full training will be given to help assist the busy vehicles on their daily duties, HGV will be double manned with a drivers and drayman to assist.

Driver Assistants / Draymen applying for this role must be physically fit and used to manual handling/heavy lifting. This distribution role involves making up to ten drops per shift working as part of a team in and around the London area.

The Shift:

Monday – Friday: 06:00am approx. 8- 10 hrs shifts

• Support the Driver in the unloading of vehicles when reaching agreed destinations
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed on time and accurately
• Manual handling of drinks products
• Assist the Driver mate by liaising with the transport office because of traffic delays
• Safe unloading of vehicles and ensuring load security at all times
• Delivery of kegs, casks, packaged beer, wines and other products to customer cellars
• Ensure excellent customer service levels are delivered and always maintained
• Actively promoting and engaging with new ways of working and Distribution processes
