Fork Lift Truck Driver / General Assistant (Multi-Skilled)

Premier Work Support are looking to recruit a multi-skilled General Assistant. This is for a warehouse based position based in Trafford Park and will require Fork Lift Truck driving. Our client produces Catering and Duty free Bar sets for prestigious Airlines.

You will be required to work flexibly across a range of job tasks including packing Airline trolleys/carts to strict Airline specifications.

Requirements:
FLT License
Experience in stock and stock rotation
Right to work in the UK
Valid Photo ID (Passport or Driving licence photo card and paper copy)
Proof of National Insurance (NI Card, P45 or P60)
5 Year checkable history essential (3 jobs or less)
No criminal record and never been dismissed for Gross misconduct
Over the age of 18 years

Duties will include:
Count stock remaining in allocated Airline bar sets and replenish as required
Assemble Airline bar sets according to packing plans ensuring correct quantities and attention to detail
Offload and sort/strip equipment from Airline trolly’s/carts
FLT driving
Equipment to be washed
To pack trolleys/carts to strict Airline specifications within required deadlines paying attention to detail
To assemble, decant goods as directed
Comply with Food safety, Health and Safety and Hygiene requirements
Complete documentation

The hours will be either 06:00 – 14:30 or 07:30 – 16:00, 4 on 2 off shift pattern, however flexibility will be required as the hours and shifts are subject to change in accordance to flight schedules and business requirements.
