Engagement Specialist (Project Manager)

Salary: £21.83 – £22.8 per hour

You will support our client and regional stakeholders with the delivery of an ongoing digital transformation project which involves a new eProcurement system (“Open”).

Provide strong relationship management to the client, regional stakeholders and project suppliers prior to and during the implementation of the new Open system.

Person Specification

1. Qualified to a degree level, or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
2. Ability to quickly learn and support with new systems and/or applications.
3. Ability to support the delivery of complex and/or special projects.
4. Ability to deliver effective problem solving and take ownership of required workstreams
5. Ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and work in multi-functional, cross-organisational teams
6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimum supervision
7. Ability to demonstrate excellent organisation skills and work under pressure against varied workloads and priorities
8. Ability to undertake focused and accurate analysis of complex data for a variety of audiences and purposes
9. Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, including report writing, to deliver clear messages
