The role
Is taking responsibility for a portfolio of high profile franchise dealers in the South-East and ensuring stretching but achievable targets are hit for sales (new and used) and accessories. You will coach and enable your dealers to ongoing levels of improved performance in sales, profitability and customer service.

have a track record in developing motor dealer sales for a mainstream manufacturer and live ideally in the western home-counties.
