Global Digital Acquisition Manager Luxury goods – £50K to £55k – London (Hammersmith)
Critical and high profile role to take the lead on digital acquisition for a highly successful cosmetics brand that is taking the business to the level by entering international markets.
You will be interested to gain or build your international experience by being responsible for both strategic and tactical Digital Acquisition. You will have strong skills in PPC, SEO, Email & Affiliate Marketing. You will need to be numerate with knowledge of Google Analytics and ideally have some line management experience.
Key responsibilities
Creation, development and implementation of digital acquisition strategies, from inception, to drive a fast growing quality customer base, within budget:
Management of all aspects of PPC campaigns, from keyword opportunity analysis to campaign and landing pages creation and analysis/improvement of results, to drive purchases
Development of industry leading SEO strategy, including on-site technical SEO, offsite linking and outreach, and content development/marketing strategy, in tandem with Brand Marketing, Product and PR
Analysis of Affiliate opportunity to assess and determine key partnerships, negotiation and execution
Develop key KPI’s to assess digital acquisition performance by channel; and determine strategies to continuously optimise the performance
Work cross functionally with Digital agencies, Media agencies, Brand Marketing & PR
Experience required
Experience in digital and multi-channel customer acquisition in an ecommerce environment
Proven track record of digital marketing in a fast-growing business, with measureable results
Proven experience in driving results in the channels of PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display
Advanced knowledge of web analytics and PPC/SEO tools such as Google Analytics, bid optimisation software, keyword & competitor research
Proactive, innovative and entrepreneurial in a fast paced environment
