As a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be joining a company established over 20 years ago who specialise in construction projects. They have delivered a diverse range of new Build, Refurbishment projects through out the UK
After major growth, they now a require a Commercial Manager Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for career progression to join them on a permanent basis near Kenilworth
The Role:
In your new role as a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will report into and work closely with the Commercial Director on projects of values up to 5m in value.
The Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor will have experience of managing a small team of Commercial staff
Skills:
You will have a Degree / HNC/HND, with a similar background working for a construction company on projects up to £5 million. You will have an eye for detail, an organised nature be motivated and ambitious.
You will have project experience in NEC / JCT contracts
Salary:
£55,000-£63,000 + Car allowance, alongside the opportunity to work closely with a skilled and experienced commercial Director
This is a real opportunity to progress to Director level within a short space of time. The commercial Director started out as an Assistant and so knows promotion from within really works
