Salary: £36,000 – £54,000 per year
Site Manager
An experienced Site Manager is required for a company specialising in refurbishment and fitout contracts. Projects are commercial, education, healthcare and residential.
The ideal candidate will be based in Essex, and able to work throughout London. Duties will include:
• Overseeing Fitout and Refurbishment
• Managing all labour on site
• Coordinating services and utilities
• Meeting production and cost schedules
• Ensuring Health and Safety standards are met on site
• Quality and snagging
• Site housekeeping and recruitment
• Ordering materials
• Liaising with clients
• Reporting to Project Manager / Senior Management
It will be beneficial if you have a current SMSTS/SSSTS current qualification.
This is a permanent position with a well-established regional contractor who take genuine pride in the quality of their work and staff retention.
