HGV (C) Class 2 Driver (Tipper Drivers) – Monday – Friday

We have now been requested by a brand new client to recruit for the following job openings on Temp to Perm and Ongoing ADHOC contracts for LGV C (Class 2) Drivers – Tipper Driver In Crewe, Cheshire.

Local area knowledge and previous tipper experience preferred although not essential. Duties to include driving an 8 wheel HGV tipper truck and all associated tasks, e.g. washing vehicle etc. Mechanical knowledge would be a bonus but not essential.

Normal working hours are 06:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday Mornings (minimum 8 hours paid).

Rates of pay would be:

£9.75 / Monday – Friday

£11.50 / Saturday

·HOLD A DIGI TACHO CARD

·HAVE LESS THAN 6 POINTS ON YOUR LICENCE with no IN, DR OR DD PENALTY CODES

Due to the nature of our operations our drivers must hold a current Digi Tacho card, must be able to supply references for the last two years driving work and have no more than six points on your license.

Due to insurance restrictions candidates must be over the age of 23 and have a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience.
