Salary: Up to £66,000Basic salary + Package benefits
Location: Suffolk
Summary:
This opportunity is to work for a well-known main contractor now looking for an experienced Site Manager.
The ideal candidate would have a background of working for main contractors within a wide variety of sectors, valued £7million+.
You will be working on multiple projects around East Anglia, valued up to £15million.
Responsibilities include:
Comprehensive understanding of the building process
Ability to liaise with clients
Ability to understand, dissect and reassemble complex information.
Experience of leading teams on site
Ability to manage sub-contractors
Excellent communication, organisational and influencing skills (both upstream and downstream)
Main Contracting background/ stable career history
Multi-sector experience
