Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

The Position:
The appointed Project Manager will take responsibility for:
* Ensuring that all contracts are delivered successfully on time, within budget and exceeding clients’ expectations
* Planning and organising works from start to handover
* Reading and interpreting project schematics and specifications
* Ensuring all projects are handed over professionally and successfully
* Managing and liaising with all engineers
The Candidate:
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
* Proven project management experience, ideally in the super-prime and/or hospitality sectors
* A network of contacts among contractors, building owners, property managers, architects and/or specifiers
* A good understanding of health & safety management on projects
* The ability to carry out engineering or commissioning activities where necessary to support team
* Strong knowledge of building automation controls, ideally Tridium
* A willingness to travel frequently
