Registered Manager / National Domiciliary Care Service

Salary: £38,400 – £45,600 per year

Daytime Healthcare are working with a Home Care provider, who are looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager to join their team.

You will have responsibility for all managerial aspects of the branch, with your top priority being to focus on ensuring the best standards of care are maintained, exceeding CQC and other regulatory bodies’ expectations.

About you:

• A dedicated and resilient leader, with management experience in a Domiciliary Care service.
• You must have experience in Domiciliary Care management as you will be responsible for the management and development of the branch.
• You will be working alongside local authorities and companies
• Level 5 qualified or an equivalent qualification.
• Able to motivate your staff team and navigate your way through challenging times
• Confident when dealing with CQC legislation and quality standards.
