Salary: £60,000 per year
My client is looking to recruit and experienced Registered Manager to develop their Supported Living Services in Surrey.
My client is a CQC registered organisation providing supported living services to individuals with a background of Learning Disability, Autism, Enduring Mental Health, Challenging Behaviour and complex needs.
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Recruiting staff and team leaders to match the individual needs of each service user, providing training and support to deliver the highest quality of care
* Carrying out assessments and designing service proposals to meet individual needs and deliver focused and achievable outcomes
* Ensuring that all paperwork and delivery of care is compliant with the CQC and exceeding the expectations of stake holders
* Ensuring that the business plan is followed within financial constraints
* Dealing with complex or safeguarding issues.
This is a full time permanent role and the salary is up to £60,000per annum depending upon experience.
You must hold your Level 5 in Leadership and Management or an equivalent qualification to be considered for the role.
