We are looking for a Senior Digital Business Manager to work for one of the highest rated digital agencies in the UK, specialising in the design and development of highly innovative web, mobile and bespoke software applications for commercial clients and publishing partners.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Business Manager to head up a specific business unit, which provides a range of website design services to small and medium sized businesses.
We’re looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial streak, good organisational / project management skills and a real desire to succeed.

Reporting directly to the senior management team, the Senior Digital Business Manager will be responsible for marketing the service to potential new clients, developing new business channels, managing and supporting projects commissioned by clients and contributing ideas into the ongoing development of this important aspect of the business.

Whilst this business unit currently represents only a small part of the overall business, it is an opportunity with virtually unlimited growth potential, so would be ideally suited to someone who combines vision, creativity and an ability to identify and execute effective business strategies.

Initially at least though, you will be working as part of a small team, and so will also need to be comfortable with the hands-on aspects of dealing with clients including pre-sales consultancy, account management and on-going project support.

You will need good written and verbal communication skills and a solid understanding of the website design industry. A good business head will be essential, as will plenty of enthusiasm and an intuitive feel for how to generate and develop commercial opportunities in an online environment.

Experience of managing an online business, occupying an account management / project director position within a creative industry (ideally Internet based) and/or marketing/sales experience could be an advantage.

We would expect the salary for this role to be in the region of £36,000per annum.
