We are currently recruiting for motivated and customer focused housing officers.

As Housing Officer, you will be responsible for tenancy & estate management functions, arrears recovery and ASB within a defined geographic area. You’ll act as client manager for the resident, be responsible for services, complaints and commissioning referrals to specialist teams such as ASB, tenancy support and arrears.

You’ll be the named contact person and advocate for all customer service issues arising on a patch, ensuring that our customers receive an excellent service from all parts of the organisation, and that Service Standards are delivered. You’ll also be expected to take a lead on resident engagement activities within your patch. You will hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car for work.
