Position for an experienced hire desk controller looking to work for a market leading company offering industry specific training and clear progression routes into management.

This position will suit a highly motivated hire controller that wants the opportunity and support to enable future progression into management working for an industry leader that sets the standard for staff development and career progression.

The business are one of the country’s leading plant and tool hire businesses. Currently running from a depot network spanning across the UK. The company are continuously expanding and diversifying into different markets in order to remain at the fore front of the industry.

As a mobile hire controller you will work from various depots across the South East region covering for hire controller and branch managers who are on annual leave or off sick. You will also mentor and train less experienced hire controllers joining the business. This will enable you to progress into management quickly as you will gain a thorough understanding of all depots in the region.

This role is ideal for a hire controller that is ambitious and wants to rapidly progress within one of the market leaders within the hire industry
