1 Week – 7am – 3:30pm

2 Weeks – 9am – 5:30pm

1 in every 3 weekends – 9am – 5:30pm

Location:Veolia, Freeth Street, Nottingham NG2 3GT

What will you be doing?

• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
• Contact drivers for updates and resolve problems or issues
• Update driver rotas with any changes to accommodate requirements of service
• Schedule service / MOTs of vehicles
• Record driver working hours (working time)
• Check for FTA / ECO drive compliance e.g. infringements or missing data and report to Line Manager
• Undertake investigations when required, ensuring these are recorded accordingly.
• Update records and system information (i.e. Tranman)
• Undertake periodic gate checks.
• Ensure training and competency checks are in place for all roles.
• Complete debrief with driver where required.
• Deliver toolbox talks to the drivers team.

What are we looking for?

• CPC National Freight Transport (desirable but not essential)
• Previous experience of working in a transport environment is essential
