Transport Administrator – £20k – Ipswich

A Transport Administrator is required for a leading Transport & Warehouse specialist company based in Ipswich.

The successful Transport Administrator will be a confident, computer literate individual with Warehouse & Groupage experience being an advantage.

£15k-£20k
20 days holiday
Mon-Fri Between 08:00-17:00

The Role

As a Transport Administrator you will be:

Booking in orders
Data entry
Liaising with customers and dealing with questions & queries as they arise
Using company Mandata system
Making outbound calls to customers to keep them updated
Liaising with Warehouse and Transport staff

Requirements

Excellent communication skills both written & verbally
Previous Administration, Warehouse & groupage experience
Knowledge of Mandata would be beneficial
Have a flexible attitude to working hours
Ability to communicate across all levels of staff from Operatives to Directors
