Are you an experienced Technical trainer, with experience of delivering training to internal staff, looking for an exciting, challenging opportunity offering long term progression?

This role is with a major player in the utilities market with multiple sites throughout the UK and activities across a range of utilities sectors (water, gas, electricity, FTTH telecoms).

Any knowledge of the sector, or CAD design, would be useful but its the training background that’s essential, training can be given on the sector specifics. However general engineering/design or utilities knowledge would certainly be a benefit.

The role is deliver training to the Design Office Staff and to assist the Training Manager with the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees’ skills.

The Role

Full time permanent position at the head office of a large national utilities business.
Deliver training specified by the Training Manager
Assist the Training Manager with devising individual learning plans
The Person

A recognised training qualification, such as TQUK Level 3 or equivalent.
Experience developing and delivering training materials to QCF Level 3 Education and Training standard.
Any CAD design/engineering or utilities knowledge preferable
