Total Assist Care has exciting Support Workers Jobs in Ringwood. We are looking for Care Staff to work in our numerous Nursing Homes. We are looking for people who have the passion for the Job and are available to start work immediately
Job Description:
• To provide a high quality of care to adults with disabilities and challenging behaviour in accordance with the council guidelines and procedures.
•To be able to provide personal care for service users with disabilities & challenging behaviour.
• To provide care which focuses on the needs of the individual but also promotes independence and choices and maximises the quality of life!
• Be a competent communicator.
•Have current manual handling, food & Hygiene and first aid training.
• To assist service users in community outings.
• To assist work alongside night staff worker
