Complex Care Workers Wanted!

Cordant Care are currently searching for motivated Complex Care workers in East London. This is a permanent full-time role with hourly rates between £26,000 – £28,080. Experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be offered to the right candidates.

What we require from you:

The ability to deliver 24 hour care for children and adults with spinal injuries and neurological disorders.
You will engage with other branches across the Cordant Care network to support and mould both your development and those around you
will be committed to delivering exceptional service to your clients, establishing Cordant Care Recruitment as “the agency of choice”
Adherence to compliance and awareness of ever evolving legislation
The desire to go that extra mile to provide quality complex care

The ideal individual will have some form of complex care experience as a minimum, have the ability to drive and regular access to a car.
