M&E Project Manager

Salary: £23.4 per hour

Aylin White haven been instructed by our client to supply them with an experienced M&E Project Manager due to a recent student accommodation project win in Falmouth.
Our client is an M&E contractor who work in the data centre, student accommodation and commercial sectors. They have entered the industry recently and this is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager or Electrical Project Manager to work with an exciting company who are starting to make their mark.
The M&E Project Manager can be of a mechanical or electrical bias but must be comfortable with both Mechanical and Electrical.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating design
*
Cost control and monitoring of projects will also be a priority of the M&E Project Manager
*
The M&E Project Manager will be responsible for running client and subcontractor meetings
*
Progress reports
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
*
Experience as a Project Manager on projects with M&E value of £2m plus
*
Knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical services
*
Experience in student accommodation projects is preferred but not necessary
