IT Project Manager

Salary: £420 – £480 per day

***Please note that at this stage, successful candidates will only be allowed to proceed via PAYE/Umbrella company due to IR35***

An IT Services company are currently recruiting for an Project Manager to work on a range of IT projects for their customers the East Midlands and Yorkshire

Core Responsibilities:

Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally in order to achieve project objectives.
Produce management reports through relevant tools to provide up to date information on project progress.
Produce required project documentation to enable successful project outcomes.
Coordinate and plan resource requirements to ensure project outcome deadlines are adhered to.
Compliance with Projects Practice lifecycle to ensure best practice.
Achieves profitability and customer satisfaction on projects through astute commercial management

Required Skills/Experience:

Prince2 Practitioner qualification or equivalent.
Excellent governance and project control skills.
Experience of delivering IT projects.
Strong knowledge of initiation, change management, risk management, and the principles and practicalities of running projects.

Candidates ideally need to have valid SC Clearance due to the client’s customers, or be prepared to go through the process..

Please note that at this stage, successful candidates will only be allowed to proceed via PAYE/Umbrella company due to IR35. Also, candidates would be required to travel to customer sites across the region.
