Account Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced account manager to join our prestigious and successful client, working within the digital print industry.

Ideal candidates will have exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills and will be responsible for the proactive growth of account revenue and profit margins including the identification, approach and closing of new business.

To ensure this, you must be able to build and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact account management, which will include regular face to face meetings to ensure consistent high levels of service and communication, manage a network of industry contacts, and increase, identify and qualify market intelligence to help develop new sales strategies, products and services to enhance market penetration.

You will ideally have a proven track record in the following areas:

Achieving sales targets through customer development and new business activities

Supporting customers within a Print or Training company

Knowledge of print management systems, pricing and printing processes OR knowledge of training businesses, operations and challenges

Maintaining and developing accounts within appropriate market sectors i.e. IT, Training,

Presenting service levels and account performance

A proactive approach to issue resolution

Key contact relationship management

Dedicated commitment to teamwork and account results

Successful candidates will be driven to meet and exceed their KPI’s, and will be rewarded for doing so. This role offers a competitive commission/bonus structure as well as a car allowance

This role requires a strong working knowledge of the MS Office Package.
