Business Development Manager

Salary: £26,000 per year

* Remote only role with candidates from all over UK acceptable.

* £20k Basic pro-rata + Com OTE £25-40k + profit sharing

* Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.

Business Development Manager for a Tech start-up

The Job role

This role is for a motivated business development manager with experience in developing start-up companies preferably in the Information Technology industry

The right candidate will be a self-starter that has the right contacts in the industry and is able to quickly build up the customer base

The job involves:

The key responsibilities will be to:

* Visiting clients all over the UK and beyond

* Establish new leads & grow the companies profile;

* Up sell & Cross sell the companies services to your existing client portfolio;

* Generate a new customer list and grow the list

* Be a great communicator & be bale to assess the customer needs.

You will:

* Have a long list of Contacts to call upon;

* Be persuasive & target driven;

* Have experience in dealing with customers in a B2B level;

* Have drive & ambition to eventually run & manage your own team;

* Able to set own goals and targets

Skills required

* Must be driven and motivated

* Have the confidence and personality to enjoy closing at first contact

* Must able to work in a fast paced and targeted environment.

* Entrepreneur mind set

* Happy to work remotely

* Strong work ethic (we believe in the work hard and play hard)

Experience:
