Salary: £26,000 per year
We are looking for an experienced Weekend Receptionist/ Host to join one of our prestigious car dealerships in Bolton. Working on a long term temporary basis to cover alternate weekends. The company is a well established car dealership in Bolton and sells both new and used cars.
About The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen to meet the needs of the business for a Weekend Receptionist / Host on a temporary basis
– Being the first point of contact for all visitors to the dealership
– Answering all incoming calls and announcing and directing calls to departments
– Taking down and passing on accurate messages
– Being attentive to customer needs, replenishing drinks, clearing empty cups, ensuring all hospitality areas are clean and tidy
– The company is extremely busy of a weekend and requires the candidate to be pro active and to be able to think on their feet
Essential Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays on an alternate shift pattern
– Previous reception / customer service skills essential
– Excellent communication skills
– Professional in presentation
– Multi tasker
– Able to use their own initiative

– Hours of work – Saturday 8.30am – 5.00pm, Sunday 11.00am – 5.00pm Must be able to work alternate weekends and cover bank holidays
