We are currently recruiting for a permanent weekend Host/Receptionist to join our Client based just out of Solihull, this isn’t your traditional Receptionist role as you wont be sat behind a desk all day. This role is working weekends and Bank holidays and covering the staff in the week as and when required.

As Host/Receptionist you will be:
* The first point of call for visitors/customers – offering a professional customer service experience
* Meeting and greeting customers
* Answering the phones, fielding calls and taking messages
* Emailing telephone messages
* Taking a hold of the host area and keeping it tidy and well stocked at all times – refreshments
* Interacting with Customers
* Making refreshments

If that sounds like your sort of thing, you will:
* Come from a Receptionist/Host background
* Have an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
* Be well presented

Working on a Saturday and Sunday with the hours of 09.30 – 4.30pm. Along with working bank holidays, you will receive time and a half for this, the role also entails covering other members of staff in the week as and when required.
