As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to demonstrate the following:

* Experience in a telephone based customer service position.
* Display high levels of accuracy and problem solving skills.
* Successfully resolve customer queries and complaints.
* Maintain a professional and calm approach at all times.
* Sales experience would be beneficial.

This role would suit an individual who thrives in a customer service environment. You will be working for a large organisation with an infrastructure centred around processes and procedures. Professionalism is paramount. You must have an outgoing “will do” attitude.
