KM Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a private Training Provider who is looking to appoint an Administrator to provide support to staff and learners within the centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator with proven knowledge/experience in further education / work based learning, to embark upon an exciting career within our clients organisation.

Duties:

– Answering incoming telephone calls efficiently and professionally, and directing to the appropriate person
– Greeting visitors, completing any documentation and directing to the appropriate person
– Providing administrative support to Tutors, learners and visitors when required
– Ensuring that learner files meet compliance standards and meet requirements before uploading to online databases
– Ensuring that Health and Safety procedures are in place and monthly reports submitted in a timely manner.
– Ensure stationary supplies are maintained and make orders when necessary
– Assisting with the administration of examinations and providing support when required
– General administration duties such as; photocopying and filing when required

Essential Criteria:

– Candidates must hold GCSE`s A-C in Maths and English (or equivalent)
– Experience of working within an administrative environment
– Experience of Data Entry onto web systems
– Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers through a variety of methods
– Candidates must be able to work well as part of a team
– Candidates must be able to adhere to company confidentiality policies
– Strong administration / customer service skills
– Must drive and have own a vehicle
