A dynamic, ambitious, high growth mobile app start-up in West London are looking for an entrepreneurially minded Operations Manager to continuously ensure the permanent bridge between strategy and operations.

MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Line management of Analysts and Country Operations Managers
Use and analysis of data to improve operations
Management of team performance

THE SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONS MANAGER WILL BE/HAVE:
Highly organised, collaborative and hard-working
Data driven
Influential and motivational
Fantastic written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable testing out ideas before making an informed decision

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Creation of KPIs to drive team performance
5+ years line management experience
Strong excel skills alongside data

Massive thumbs up if you speak more than 1 language and have any technical knowledge!
