Salary: £60,000 – £84,000 per year

A premium brand engineering business with over 100 years’ experience are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team.

You will be an integral member of the Senior Management Team responsible for delivering the overall company objectives and driving strategic change and ensure orders are fulfilled on time in full

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous Experience as an Operations Manager or similar role

• Strong Electrical Background 3 years’ minimum

• Experience of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma or A proven cost performance

• Project based experience

• managing complex multi-functional operations
