Showroom Manager

Cento Personnel are recruiting for a Showroom Manager based in Reading.

A leading door company have an excellent opportunity for a Showroom Manager to join their team. Based in Reading, you will primarily be responsible for profitability and performance of the branch which will include organising and distributing work to the engineers, ensuring quality installations and customer satisfaction is carried out at all times, and that all possible opportunities for additional business from fitters and sales staff are maximised.

You will also greet customers, demonstrating the array of doors available, showing how they function and giving advice where necessary.

The successful Showroom Manager will have experience working closely with customers and engineers, and have the ability to manage and motivate others.

Branch Management and Door industry experience would be advantageous.

Candidates must be dynamic and highly organised with excellent customer relation and communication skills.
