Domestic Electrician

Salary: £45,600 – £54,000 per year

My client is a well known, well established, heating equipment manufacturer. They produce some of the best equipment in the industry, this great reputation transfers across to their employees – this is one of the reasons they have such a low staff turnover. They value training and like to promote from within with many managers there starting as electricians or plumbers there.

They are recruiting for a domestic electrician, you will be:-

• Covering along the M5 from Exeter to Bristol

• Working in domestic properties in retirement villages and housing complex’s
• Doing electrical installation and wiring for the company’s range of hot water cylinders and thermal stores that the plumber on site would then put in
• Also working on / replacing / putting in new light fittings, new sockets, shower fans, and consumer units

Experience needed

• Living in or around the Taunton or Bridgewater area would be ideal
• You need to be an 18th edition qualified electrician
• Having your Part P would be beneficial
• You need good electrical experience within a domestic setting
• Having any plumbing experience would be very beneficial but is not essential

Salary

• 35k basic salary, 40k OTE includes travel pay
• Call out rota 2 days per month (Saturday or a Sunday – your choice)
• Van, phone, fuel card, uniform
• Overtime, pension
