BMS Electrician

I require a qualified (17th Edition) electrician to work pre planned maintenance calls throughout Berkshire (Reading, Bracknell, slough and Oxford) on a long term contract basis.

You will need to show previous experience working as an electrician on the maintenance of building management systems (BMS systems HVAC etc…), and have the ability & knowledge to fault find and resolve problems.

Proven mechanical/electrical skills in all aspects of Building Services would be ideal for this role.

You will need a clean driving licence to take on this role as you will be driving out to a number of commercial properties maintenance in Berkshire (Oxford, Reading, Bracknell) carrying out the maintenance calls.

Main duties will include the following.

Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance Tasks.
Carry out daily reactive calls.
Carry out small works Mechanical / Electrical.
Health and Safety awareness.
Documentation compliance.
Maintain plant & plant rooms to a high standard

Flexible on the rates dependent on experience and mileage paid at 25p per mile.
