With revenue in excess of $1 Billion, offices in 83 countries and 2500+ staff worldwide, this is an excellent opportunity for a hard working Account Manager to join the team in our London offices.

As Account Manager, your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your great account management, new business development and sales skills.

Accountabilities:-

•Developing client base in order to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

•Successful and strategic account management to retain company’s existing clients, and new business development to increase revenue.

•Ensuring product knowledge is current and supplier relationships are maintained.

Main Duties:-

•Maintain and develop relationships with existing company clients by providing outstanding service, support and account management skills.

•New business development, from either generated leads, referrals or own knowledge base.

•Responding to quote requests in adherence with company procedures.

•Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each order is passed to Production Co-Ordinator to agreed standards.

•Use Promotional Office for quoting and uploading new products to agreed procedures.

•Resolving problem orders.

•Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure Outstanding Branding is kept informed of all new products.

Essential Experience:-

•Minimum 1 year’s proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Promotional Merchandise industry
