Mechanical Installation and Commissioning Engineer

Salary: £48,000 – £84,000 per year

Installation and Commissioning Engineer – Mechanical – pumps – pipes ect

We are looking for an experienced, time served mechanical service technician who would look to stay hands on and move to a role overseeing contractors, installation and commissioning. We are looking for multiple engineers for a team which is growing.

ROLE OUTLINE

• Instrument pipefitting – small bore
• Supervision of contractors on customer sites
• Commissioning and successful handover to customer
• Supervision of staff on customer sites.
• Conduct on site surveys and assist with quotations.
• Review and complete method statements and risk assessments where required.
• Provide both remote & onsite troubleshooting service

Essential Skills:

• Mechanical installations experience
• Instrumentation tube fitting experience
• Knowledge of P&ID drawings
• Mechanical installation management
• Excellent trouble shooting skills

Details of base salary, enhancements for travel and overtime to be discussed on application. You will be expected to work away internationally sometimes for long periods of time. When not away you will be working on site.
