Salary: £57,600 – £66,000 per year
An excellent opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer has become available with the UK’s most established Building Services Consultancy. With continued growth planned for 2022 and increased project orders there is a position available within the Science & Research division for an ambitious individual who wants to be part of a multi award winning team that will help you drive your mechanical engineering career in a very successful direction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for the design of the mechanical building systems including air conditioning, heating, natural and mechanical ventilation and building controls.
* You will be providing mechanical services design on projects within the Science & Research and Life Sciences sector.
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team.
* In a Senior Mechanical Design role, you will support the Project Managers and Project Director in the delivery of high-quality technical engineering.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
* Degree Qualified in Mechanical Design or Building Services Engineering.
* Experience of designing into Revit
* Excellent working knowledge of UK standards.
* Ideally Chartered or on the way to gaining CEng status through a recognised industry body such as CIBSE or IMechE.
