Workshop Operatives – various roles available
My client is a leading bespoke manufacturer of glazed products for the marine industry based in Norfolk. Due to continued growth they have multiple vacancies available in their workshop on days and double day shifts
The successful candidates should have previous experience in a workshop/manufacturing environment
Roles include
Fabrication/assembly – previous experience with hand and power tools is essential,
Glass processing/machining – must have experience using industrial machinery and reading engineering drawings
Polishers – working on industrial polishing machines, full PPE worn as dusty environment, previous experience with similar machinery ie grinding would be beneficial
General Workshop – this role involves moving of equipment, tidying and sorting of workshop so previous experience with heavy lifting and manual handling techniques will be beneficial
A keen eye for detail is essential for all roles
*Due to rural location of client site own transport is essential as not commutable via public transport*
The hours of work are Monday – Thursday 0800 – 1630 and Friday 0800-1530 or rotating shift 0600-1400 and 1400 – 2200
