Salary: £26,000 – £28,800 per year

The working hours are 8.00am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday & pm Friday. The annual salary is £26,000 – £28,800per year + overtime available.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our Production Team, manufacturing processing machines. You will be working in a small team so must be self-motivated with a can-do attitude. You will be responsible for mechanical and electrical assembly of the Processors. Previous experience in mechanical assembly, mechanical repairs or similar is desired, however not essential. Full induction and internal training will be given.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling bespoke machinery that has been designed and fabricated in house
• Cutting materials to size with the use of technical drawings and jogs
• Gluing plastic component’s together to create profiles
• Fitting control panels with wiring looms with the use of wiring diagrams
• Fitting other electric components
• Fitting electric motors
• Installation of large mechanical items i.e. shafts and paddles
• Other mechanical installations
• Small elements of TIG welding
• Factory Testing
• Utilising and completing Build Checklists and Sub-Assemblies
• Working closely with our design team to develop and improve our machines
• Stock management of parts
• On-site, customer facing, new machine installations (accompanied)
