In the last year a stronger economy has meant more jobs. To meet the growing demand a number of our companies are expanding and as such are looking for trainees who will work within one of our core sectors such as the Built Environment or Public Sector. To excel in these roles you will be a competitive individual who is able to build on, and add value to our existing relationships with candidates and clients, both on the phone and face-to-face. Our intake will start in the next couple of weeks with all trainees commencing formal training on the 19th October.

Being of graduate calibre with some sales or customer service based work experience you will be joining our HCIG training programme which provides an excellent opportunity to start a career in recruitment.

With previous exposure to a sales environment, you will possess:

Due to the fast paced and varied nature of the role you will have excellent time management skills and be highly organised.
