Salary: £26,000 per year
My client is looking to recruit a Support Worker for their Residential Centre in Ashford, Kent, specialising in the care for people that have Autism.
You must have experience of working with adults that have Autism.
A NVQ Level 2 is desirable but not essential.
As Support Worker, your duties will include:
* Understanding and responding to the specific needs of service users with Autistic Spectrum Condition
* Protect the rights and interests of the service users by treating each person as an individual, supporting their rights and respecting and promoting their views and wishes where appropriate.
* Establish and maintain the trust and confidence of service users.
* Assist with the implementation of group and individual programmes.
This is a permanent full time role and the salary is £26,000.
