Sphere Solutions are working with a provider of residential services and supported living for people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours: –

We are recruiting active, enthusiastic individuals to join us. You will be part of a team supporting residents with learning disabilities and Autism, based in Paignton.

We need individuals to support us who are flexible but with a consistent approach, who can remain calm but be confident in their abilities to meet our needs which can be challenging at times.

We all like to go out and enjoy our local community and a few of us are quite active and sporty, but we also need people who can help us in our home and support us with our everyday tasks.

Applications are welcome from experienced support workers however, we are also happy to provide training and support to the right candidates.

Successful applicants will be offered training and progression opportunities.

Full time and Part time positions available.
