Residential Childcare Manager

We have an excellent opportunity to lead a team of staff within a childrens residential home.

We are working with a growing organisation that provides supported accommodation to children with a range of needs, including social, emotional and behavioural needs.

You will lead a team of Support Workers to ensure that an outstanding service is being delivered which meets the needs of the young people, and is fully compliant with OFSTED regulations.
You will be an experienced Manager of childrens services, with a Level 4 Care Management qualification or equivalent. You will be a strong leader, and will have autonomy to be creative and bring your ideas to develop the service.

You will have the full support of the senior management team to allow you to learn and develop in your role. In addition, this is a growing organisation with plans for future development. Therefore there are likely to be opportunities for further development and progression.
