Salary: £26,000 – £33,600 per year
Our client is a highly successful division of a global pharmaceutical business, manufacturing both prescription medication and a wide range well known consumer products, with highly recognisable brands.
Products are shipped to retailers and distributors worldwide and in order to ensure that this process runs smoothly we are looking for an Export Coordinator based from their office on the outskirts of Huddersfield.
Critical to success in this role is the ability to establish effective working relationships with external stakeholders, including 3PL suppliers and international freight providers, working with them to plan international logistics services and customs clearances.
You will have a good awareness and understanding of export customs procedures to ensure correct transportation, conditions and documentation requirements are met.
You will also be responsible for financial transactions with these suppliers from creation of the PO to payment of the invoice.
