Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year
To join our client in Bristol, we are searching for a highly experienced building surveyor who is ideally MRICS qualified. This is a great opportunity to work for a business that enjoys its workload and highly sought-after projects since our client has a stable pipeline of work.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and have experience working as a senior building surveyor in a range of industries, including commercial, public, estates, residential, education, healthcare, and insurance.
Our client supports and provides ongoing training to their staff when necessary, they value each member and consistently strive for the best.
Requirements:
- MRICS
- Experience within the public sector would be advantageous
- Manage workload,
- Confident communication,
Responsibilities:
- Hands on approach to delivering Building Surveying services,
- Leading projects,
- Mentoring junior members, 1
- Produce technical reviews.
