Retail Team Leader

Working as a key member of the team who can bring out the best in others; delivering a great customer service across the store, interacting with your customers and ensuring your shop is set for success.

At times you’ll be the duty manager (perhaps opening up at 5am, or closing down at 11pm) and you’ll be great at managing lots of tasks, whether it’s serving customers at a checkout, working a delivery or baking off bread.

Our stores are successful when we all work together as one team to deliver a great experience for our customers.

To be successful you’ll have experienced working in retail or service led environment with a degree of responsibility.

Experience of managing a team is desirable but not essential.
